Centre for Ah Nyar Studies invites researchers, academics, practitioners, students, and independent researchers to submit research article proposals on Ah Nyar. We welcome evidence-based research and analysis that contributes to a deeper understanding of central Burma (locally known as Ah Nyar), as the heartland of Burma, which is increasingly important to Burma’s federal future. We generally encourage a broad range of topics relevant to Ah Nyar Studies.

Articles may be submitted in English or Burmese, with English preferred.

Who Can Submit?

We welcome submissions from researchers, academics, practitioners, students, and independent researchers with relevant knowledge, experience, or research interests related to Ah Nyar.

Financial Compensation

Author(s) may request financial compensation to help you work on the research article along with the submission form. We will consider the financial compensation on a case-by-case basis depending on the scope, quality and relevance of the article.

AI Policy

However, we do not accept AI-generated research content, including paragraphs, sections, or complete articles or graphic materials such as photos or graphs. Authors are expected to conduct and develop their own research, arguments, analysis, and writing, with AI tools not replacing original intellectual work.
