Over 2,000 casualties in 24 selected sites in the town of Sagaing were reported. Urgent needs include shelter, food, healthcare, and protection. Access is restricted by military control and damaged roads. Local networks lead the response amid communication blackouts, worsening humanitarian conditions and delaying coordinated aid.
