  • According to local sources, at least 18 villagers were extrajudicially killed by Tatmadaw forces in two villages of Kale Township, Sagaing, on October 19 and 20. Further details about the casualties remain unknown due to Tatmadaw’s territorialization around the villages near the Kale–Tamu Road, one of the main routes for Myanmar–India border trade.
