This report presents a preliminary needs assessment of 209 earthquake-affected locations across 21 townships: 8 in Mandalay, 3 in Magway, and 10 in the Sagaing region. The analysis reveals significant damage to households, infrastructure, and public health systems, highlighting the need for urgent humanitarian intervention.

The assessment findings indicate that over 94,000 households have been affected, with Aungmyaythazan, Chanayethazan, Chanmyathazi, Patheingyi, Pyigyidagun and Amarapura townships experiencing the most severe impacts. More than 280,000 individuals have sustained injuries, necessitating immediate medical assistance. More than 64,000 homes and public facilities have been destroyed, leading to widespread displacement and further straining local resources.
